INSURANCE & FEES

Dr. Nguyen is an out-of-network provider and does not participate in any health insurance plans.  This allows her the ability to give clients the time and thoughtful care that they deserve, utilizing evidence based best practices.  All fees are due at the time services are rendered.  Clients may be eligible to receive reimbursement depending on their insurance plan and will be provided a super bill that can be submitted to insurance.  Sliding scale fees are offered on a case by case basis.

FIRST APPOINTMENT

The initial assessment is considered a consultation where Dr. Nguyen will gather a complete history to best conceptualize a treatment recommendation.  Sometimes the recommended treatment may be served best with a referral to an outside provider.

Before your first appointment, you will receive a link via email to set up your online patient portal and fill out the initial intake forms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Dr. Nguyen values and respects your time and expects the same in return.  She keeps a 48-hour cancellation policy and reserves the right to charge a full session's fee for missed appointments or cancellations without adequate notice.
